Good product and Customer support
Customer support was fast in replying to my questions about licensing. I was a free user for many years and recently made the switch to get a license. Great product for remote desktop access.

GREAT SOFTWARE! BAD Email Communication ONLY
I was sidelined in an accident and was given the option to work remotely during my ongoing recovery. ANYDESK has allowed me to do this which I am EXTREMELY GRATEFUL FOR as I am still employed and still able to receive a WEEKLY payroll check as a result. BUT....after paying the required fee, and receiving my customer ID, Customer number and Key, I still received threats that AnyDesk would disconnect me if the bill was not paid. This became increasingly difficult for me as I was unable to ...

Any Desk let’s me work on my home programs
Any Desk makes it so easy to connect between computers. I’m a lot on the go and so often I have to look at files at home. And I can’t put everything on Dropbox. And then I don’t have every of my programs on my laptop so I have to use the home computer for some applications. And Any Desk makes it a breeze.
