When installing Anydesk on a Mac.
When installing anydesk on a Mac I got client offline. When I contacted anydesk they said you can't just drag the app into the applications folder. When I clicked on the downloaded DMG file, I got the familiar pop up window to drag anydesk to the applications folder but if you click the app there is an install option. Anydesk should make their installation instructions more clear. I took several days for anydesk to respond to my service ticket but their response got my problem fixed.

Very easy to use
Very easy to use. Good options for remote log with or without someone on other end to accept request. Never any issues with lag or random shutdown
