Just works…while there is a free use…
Just works…while there is a free use for non business I choose to pay for a lic, and while I don’t use it daily it’s great to have when you need to support friends and family and of course clients too.

Great remote software.
Great remote software and what started to an inexpensive alternative to Teamviewer has taken over completely and we no longer use Teamviewer at all. Anydesk has matured and become very useful. Only issue is fullscreen sometimes freezes(when remote PC has no monitor attached), but apart from that it is very stable and excellent. The issue of not having access to the online address book when only having the entry level license have been overcome by the looks of it. Use version 7.0.14. License ...

Excellent Remote Support App
I was looking for a replacement for LMI Rescue (I've been using Rescue since 2010), as it is having continuing issues connecting to macOS, dropping connections and endless login loops. LMI Support is abysmal. It is not the kind of support you want when you work in IT support. Of the other apps I trialled (TeamViewer, Webex, MSP360 Connect, Dameware, UltraVNC, TightVNC), AnyDesk came out on top.
