I was able to log on anytime and…
I was able to log on anytime and complete the tasks at hand. The only problem I experienced was with the internet. Loadshedding has an effect on this too.

Ease of use
Ease of use, as I have users in both Windows & Mac environment. Some does not have Anydesk installed, I can guide them to install & I am able to remote in within minutes, working on the issues that they face.

Anydesk works well with no adverse…
Anydesk works well with no adverse speed or resolution effects. The one thing I would like to see is the ability to split between two monitors in situations where the desk being accessed also has two monitors. The current procedure where you have to switch between one monitor and another reduces efficiency and productivity.
