What do you like best about Ansarada? Easy UI and great customer service. Clients love using the platform. What do you dislike about Ansarada? Platform outages are frustrating but the customer service team are quick to remedy issues. What problems is Ansarada solving and how is that benefiting you? Secure transfer of documents during mergers, acquisitions, divestments and capital raising transactions. Facilitation of Q&A. Data and analytics during transactions.

What do you like best about Ansarada? Easy to use, well organised and some handy tools, especially the redacting tool. What do you dislike about Ansarada? Long approval process for Q&A. Some tech bugs occasionally present themselves, but nothing too major that can't be resolved. Auto-renumbering is quite buggy. What problems is Ansarada solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Ansarada? There is a strong reliability at the company, dedication to ensure the product us top notch. It is user friendly and flexible. This means there is good buy-in from management when asking them to login and engage with Q&A. What do you dislike about Ansarada? The redaction tool is the least reliable part, it is a bit buggy and there are delays / sometimes unclear whether something has been done correctly. This could do with some improvement. What do you like best about Ansarada? The simplicity of the product and its ease of use, whilst still ensuring maximum security. User support is also great, if needed. What do you dislike about Ansarada? Very little. User experience has been great. What problems is Ansarada solving and how is that benefiting you?
