You definitely get what you pay for and I have no real complaints. I guess the only thing would be that I would prefer if the price was lower. We alredy understood what a dataroom was for, so we didn't need any ramp time on the concept. Very easy to configure folders and upload content. We were able to organize our data exactly the way that we wanted to. Security is fine-grained, so we are able to have multiple levels of access for our potential investors.
