Auto Renewal Surprise!
Make sure you know that you will automatically be billed! I tried to dispute an auto renewal the same day it occurred. Nope. Not even a heads up that the renewal was coming, I guess it's their way of making money. It's really poor customer service.

A very honest company you can trust.
I had not been using Animoto for a long time as I had shifted my activity so something different. Like most people, sometimes we tend to forget when we subscribe to a service online. Excellent Customer Service A+++
I recently switched companies and had an expensive pro subscription that auto renewed and charged my credit card, but i still love the service and wanted to keep a personal account. Animoto team contacted me ASAP and credited my account and got me set up for a personal account. Awesome company. i have been using them for years both personally and professionally.

I forgot to cancel my subscription...
I forgot to cancel my yearly subscription. I know I have to blame myself for that, but the Animoto Support team went far above their refund policy and supported me. Pragmatical issue solving. I love that kind of approach and really appreciated their support!

Gonna the job done mostly
It’s difficult to edit on an iPad. I wish there were a few more features. It’s a little tedious trying to look for songs, but it’s still possible to arrive to one that fits the video ok. The audio gets toned down between slides which I wish could have been an option instead. I don’t think you have full control over how things move, like the text or transition.
