Server often fails and/or is slow
Server often fails - leaving you in limbo with unsaved work :-(Rendering takes FAR in excess fo the 15 seconds (usually about two minutes)Having said that this is a better tool than Viddyoze or Toonly but the cost is really too high for a single user with small volume.

Awesome Vids
My last 14 vids were less than awesome, good quality, but lacked enthusiasm, then I used burst on my newest project, its wonderful, but I wish the sound quality could be better, but that doesn't affect this review, I look for video quality, sound quality is whatever unless I can't hear it at all

Incredible customer service
