Satisfied but disappointed with experience
Wasted hours making a video only to be told I can't prevent the music track from running through sections of my video with people talking. This was a tremendously frustrating time with a product limited in basic capability. Support gave conflicting suggestions that only made the situation worse, and the second representative showed little interest in helping me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company
I was using this service but decided not to renew. Then I noticed an autopayment via PayPAL. I contacted PayPAL and Animoto but the payment still went through. I have MANY emails over many months complaining about being charged for a service I did not want. I even sent an email previously,in which stated I did not want autorenewal EVER... but it went through anyway. THEN their "security" person Michael Artzer DELETED my account that I was forced to pay for! I have all the emails (14), if ...

I used to love Animoto until one day…
I used to love Animoto until one day when I logged on ALL of my videos were gone. I then emailed like they tell you to do and heard from Carmela who did nothing to do to help. In the end, we will have to delete our account because no one seems willing to help us resolve the issue of our missing videos and now we are locked out of our account, yet they keep charging us. Very sad.

I got charged 3 times. Plus I couldn't issue the video yesterday for fathers day, it wouldn't let me. Terrible experience!

great for creating content for social media and advertising
What do you like best? Animoto enchanted me from start to finish as it is very easy to create and produce short videos without having to have very complicated or sophisticated software, and without having to know much about design since you have easy to use templates and also easy to synchronize. The songs with our first video were a success and we uploaded it on Facebook and we had 15 thousand views being a resounding success for us for that reason and more I totally recommend an ...
