I really enjoy Animoto when I have the need. Between their increase prices and the insanity it takes to turn auto renew off, which is just blatant poor UX design, I’m not sure I’ll ever do another project here.

I needed to use the older version of their video editor so I asked and they replied super fast, giving me access to the feature I was looking for. I'm just starting using the product but so far it works exactly as I expected.

It does not allow the editing of some basic parameters such as the type of the letter
