I used Animoto to produce a video with a customized song-track.
I used Animoto to produce a video with a custom song soundtrack which is ~1:30 in length. Initially, only about a third of the soundtrack loaded into my project, and I engaged Animoto support to help speed up the process to meet a critical deadline later that day. Their response was almost immediate - recognizing the importance to me with the looming deadline, and provided some tips that allowed me to continue editing the video. The project got done in time!

LOVE IT!
LOVE IT!! I learned about Animoto on a webinar about virtual events and how to engage your audience. Being one week out, I had to learn something completely on the fly. If it was too complicated, I would not have been able to add this very important element. Animoto is easy and fun. Recipients have LOVED the videos. They were sick of getting long, instructional emails from me. I will continue to use Animoto in my professional life and will also find ways to use it personally. SUPER GREAT ...

Automated Yearly Renewal Cancelation
I didn’t know there was an automated Yearly renewal and was charged for it because I didn’t cancel on time so I emailed them and Sallianne was extremely helpful and understanding about it and was able to cancel my subscription and reimburse my credit card.

I had an issue with the CTA button
I had an issue with the CTA button. I was pleased that I got referred on to an engineer when simple troubleshooting didn't work initially. We found a work-around solution and Anthony was great!
