Bad cancellation policy

The software itself is useful, but customer care is poor. If you intend to subscribe only for a short period, make sure you cancel next month's subscription ON THE DOT. Because once you effect a cancellation, you're immediately downgraded to the FREE PLAN, with restricted access to paid features, even though you've paid up for the month. That's what happened to me, and I have yet to receive a refund, so it looks like I got charged for a full month which I didn't even have access to.

We cancelled and 2 years later, they try to bill us $$$$$ because the video is still floating around the internet (unused). Borderline extortion.

We purchased this by accident and tried to request a refund. The company just ignores you and wont give a refund even though we asked less than 24 hours after purchase.

What do you like best? Very easy to navigate, especially with the detailed tutorial videos. The system is so easy that even without video editing experience can easily pick it up. The animated props are very cute, there are a wide selection of things to choose from. What do you dislike? Nothing really.
