I have subscribed for the service…but it is really not worth it and watch out

I have subscribed for the service searching for an easy tool to makes some fun videos for my family. I was working on my first one, the software would crash constantly would be so slow and impossible to work with, I have spent so much time on few scenes. To see what you have done its impossible straight away as video would crash or be so so slow, so I would try to download it and then edit. But guess what you reach 6 downloads and need to pay 15$. I’ve subscribed for a year and paid

I’ve subscribed for a year and paid , two months later my card was charged double the amount paid although I’ve was reassured by them it is an annual fee . When I’ve sent an email to customer service , the email made no sense and had nothing to do with my query . I’ll have to challenge the charge with my credit card .

No Support available

What do you like best? Animaker has a clean and easy to use interface. The results are good - if you're lucky enough and it is rendered without errors and glitches. What do you dislike? There is no support. You are left alone by the company with your unfinished or broken video renders. If you are working with this and need to finish your projects - this software is not recommendable. Even if you use the premium service with a high pricing there will be no support. Powerful & easy to use

Started accessing the brand new Animaker which is just excellent. I usually don't write any reviews but i feel with so much value for free. The new video editor is easy to edit & you can combine with animation. Customer service is too good they do help one on one which is very rare in most of the online apps.

Worst Customer Support EVER

I have purchased a personal, 12 month plan from Animaker. Made an upfront payment. Features are fine, if somewhat limited but workarounds can be found. The website also crashes often and can be quite slow. However, I have been charged 7 times (10 euro something) on one day. I have no idea what it was for, since I have not exceeded the allowance of 20 exports per month nor have I downloaded videos with a watermark, which are charged. I’m desperately trying to get a refund for my "renewal"! What do you like best? This is a very easy to work animation tool that any user can understand in short period of time. There are plenty of design options to choose from.
