Support is horrible

Tech support is horribleTech support is horrible. I reached out 3 days ago for a video to be downloaded. They are still rendering and failed, so I cant download. They don't even give a definite tat, kept on saying shortly, soon; but haven't bothered. Its a "USA" company but truly is Indian, and you know how bad the image of Indians techs companies are, so this is just one more example of bad Indian tech company trying to scamming you.

Don't give them your information

Don't give them your information; you'll never get it back. As soon as you connect your information, they are IMMEDIATELY unable to get it back and delete it from their system. The person I spoke to said it would take between 30 and 180 days to delete the account. It's important to remember that I tried to delete the account less than an hour after I started it. This company clearly has no qualms about taking your data and holding it hostage. Don't let them.

Tech support is horrifying. I reached out 3 days ago for a 5 min video to be downloaded. They are still rendering. They don't even give a definite tat, kept on saying shortly, soon; but haven't bothered. So hey good luck meeting deadlines with these folks. They conned me in downloading the same video twice coz the preview n final outcome didn't match. Now I am out of download option for the month. Thank got it all happened before recharging.
