Efficient,Quick and Patient :)
The support team is quick and efficient to help regardless of the time of day. They troubleshoot with me, never get impatient and don't give up till my ticket is resolved. The program itself is my favorite program of ALL to work on.

Giftson is really helpful
I had a problem with property on my account and used the chat box to get some help. Giftson was really helpful to answer all my questions and he promised to solve the problem in less than 24 hours anf he did that. I want to thank you him and the team for solving the issue quickly.

Animaker is a great tool to allow students to create videos without revealing their identity. It was helpful for my student club when creating a schoolwide message.

I like all of the different options of…
I like all of the different options of ethnicities, hair and physical features. It does not like take too long to do the videos. I am very new to the website but so far it has be pretty straightforward. You do have to click around to familiarize yourself with the options if you do not watch the tutorials.

Excellent Customer Service
I really like using this system, and the customer service is excellent too. I recently had an IT issue and Giftson contacted me and was able to solve it for me swiftly, which I really appreciated to help me continue working with my business.

It’s a good tool
It’s a good tool, has a few glitches and could use more advanced characters and tools. The support team is excellent, though—they always respond quickly and help solve any problems. Overall, I’m satisfied!
