Scam artists

Scam artists. Charged me twice and wouldn't refund me. Made me get a membership, and pay additional to upload a video. I didn't realize it was charging me twice, when I contacted support they are no help at all.

Subscription Payment Problem

My son and I decided to use Animaker to create some videos for our project. Yesterday I made a payment for the Basic plan with my bank card. The first attempt was declared failed, but the money was deducted from my bank card. The second attempt also failed since I didn't have enough funds for it. However, my bank said the first attempt was a success, and there's payment proof for this transaction. I contacted Animaker support specialist today, and the guy said they didn't see this ...

I used the basic version which was okay..glitchy but good for a free version. I decided to upgrade to see if it would work better. It didn’t. There were no benefits for me of upgrading and it actually crashed more and became more glitchy to a point that I couldn’t use the product. There are far too many bugs on the upgraded version. I asked for my money back but was told that they do not have a refund policy. Well...make one????

Absolutely appalling service.

Absolutely appalling service. I used this last year as a one off, and what I thought was cancelled my subscription as I was no longer using this service. Then one year later they took another £160 out of my account for subscription renewal, unbeknownst to me. Apparently my subscription was not cancelled and they didn’t even bother sending a courtesy email to let me know that it was due for renewal. Customer service was shoddy and unhelpful. Terrible software and bad support

Terrible software. I wish I had read the reviews here first.Started using the free version, it offered some poor attempts at a selection of animations so thought I'd give the upgrade a go to see how the paid plan would improve. Bottom line is, it didn't. It did give you the option to render / download an animation which takes hours, sometimes you even have to contact support to make it happen.This is a really bad product and the support are useless. Requested a refund and it was denied. ...

Great site!I have some experience with this site, and I can say it's really great! I use this website mainly because of the "VoiceOver / TTS" function. I'm from the Czech Republic, and I'm creating videos on youtube, but when I tried to create a video in English, it sounded awful.My accent is simply not ideal, even though I have very good English.That's why this site helped me a lot. Worth it.

The program/software has a lot of promise. There are some great features and it's very easy to use, but there are also a lot of things missing. I couldn't find a grid or many auto-snap options to make things look even. This could be improved. Despite not having the right package to save my video in 1080p, I spoke with support and they were able to assist me. They also sent me many replies to my emails. Can't really ask for more. With some improvements this can be a really great tool.
