I’m desperately trying to get a refund…

I’m desperately trying to get a refund for my "renewal"! But there’s No answer from Animaker!I do NOT wish to use Animaker anymore - the software is way too slow!I certainly haven’t asked for a “renewal"I haven’t got any receipt of any kind - no account number - nothing...The money has just been drawn from my Visa card!!!I hereby kindly request Animaker for my money back!

Bad cancellation policy

The software itself is useful, but customer care is poor. If you intend to subscribe only for a short period, make sure you cancel next month's subscription ON THE DOT. Because once you effect a cancellation, you're immediately downgraded to the FREE PLAN, with restricted access to paid features, even though you've paid up for the month. That's what happened to me, and I have yet to receive a refund, so it looks like I got charged for a full month which I didn't even have access to.
