A basic tool with a good UX experience
What do you like best? It was easy and quick - I controlled all of the video, and the customer support was friendly and helpful What do you dislike? they do not have an option to have a professional make videos for you What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I needed to put up a basic, cheap video, with no prior experience of doing such a thing

Don't give them your information
Don't give them your information; you'll never get it back. As soon as you connect your information, they are IMMEDIATELY unable to get it back and delete it from their system. The person I spoke to said it would take between 30 and 180 days to delete the account. It's important to remember that I tried to delete the account less than an hour after I started it. This company clearly has no qualms about taking your data and holding it hostage. Don't let them.

I have subscribed for the service…but it is really not worth it and watch out
I have subscribed for the service searching for an easy tool to makes some fun videos for my family. I was working on my first one, the software would crash constantly would be so slow and impossible to work with, I have spent so much time on few scenes. To see what you have done its impossible straight away as video would crash or be so so slow, so I would try to download it and then edit. But guess what you reach 6 downloads and need to pay 15$. Tech support is horrifying
Tech support is horrifying. I reached out 3 days ago for a 5 min video to be downloaded. They are still rendering. They don't even give a definite tat, kept on saying shortly, soon; but haven't bothered. So hey good luck meeting deadlines with these folks. They conned me in downloading the same video twice coz the preview n final outcome didn't match. Now I am out of download option for the month. Thank got it all happened before recharging.

I’ve subscribed for a year and paid
I’ve subscribed for a year and paid , two months later my card was charged double the amount paid although I’ve was reassured by them it is an annual fee . When I’ve sent an email to customer service , the email made no sense and had nothing to do with my query . I’ll have to challenge the charge with my credit card .

What do you like best? Animaker has a clean and easy to use interface. The results are good - if you're lucky enough and it is rendered without errors and glitches. What do you dislike? There is no support. You are left alone by the company with your unfinished or broken video renders. Powerful & easy to use
Started accessing the brand new Animaker which is just excellent. I usually don't write any reviews but i feel with so much value for free. The new video editor is easy to edit & you can combine with animation. Customer service is too good they do help one on one which is very rare in most of the online apps.

Worst Customer Support EVER
I have purchased a personal, 12 month plan from Animaker. Made an upfront payment. Features are fine, if somewhat limited but workarounds can be found. The website also crashes often and can be quite slow. However, I have been charged 7 times (10 euro something) on one day. I have no idea what it was for, since I have not exceeded the allowance of 20 exports per month nor have I downloaded videos with a watermark, which are charged.
