I actually had a lot of fun creating my first trial video and found myself wanting to play around with it even when I wasn't actually working. (just free time!) Support is horrible

Tech support is horribleTech support is horrible. I reached out 3 days ago for a video to be downloaded. They are still rendering and failed, so I cant download. They don't even give a definite tat, kept on saying shortly, soon; but haven't bothered. Its a "USA" company but truly is Indian, and you know how bad the image of Indians techs companies are, so this is just one more example of bad Indian tech company trying to scamming you.
