What do you like best about Animaker? The support staff is nice and does great and super quick work. The platform is pretty intuitive and easy to use, though I would appreciate some short explanation videos to take the most of it. I love the templates given, super easy to modify and make them yours. "Simple and effective"

What do you like best about Animaker? Ease of use - successfully created a short video within the first day of discovering the tool. Great customer support as well. What do you dislike about Animaker? Would prefer the ability for multiple layers of audio What problems is Animaker solving and how is that benefiting you? I can make quick-turn videos for prototyping training video ideas and soliciting feedback - no waiting around for a content creation vendor.

Glitchy Video

The problem was that "I just generated a video and in the generated video, the character 'glitches' from 1:48 seconds to 1:56 seconds. By 'glitching' I mean the character pops in and out, gets partly cut out, and ju7mps from horizontal to vertical (when it should be vertical all the time). It does not do so in the editor screen." I had a response, and fix, to the problem within 10 minutes. I'm very impressed with the support I received. Thank you so much! Barry

Simply a pleasure to work with!

Because of the nature of the videos I make, there are occasional “back end” glitches that arise. Despite being in VERY different time zones, the Animaker folks are always extremely professional, polite and make every effort not only resolve, but explain what caused any particular issue, in a timely manner. This is not really a dislike, but the pricing is a bit expensive for our company's budget. What problems is Animaker solving and how is that benefiting you? We make learning videos and the variety of content they have allows us to create fun and visually appealing videos.
