A mistake that got solved
A mistake happened when I tried to upgrade to the starter plan. Instead of paying 7 USD for the price difference, I ended up with the Pro plan and was charged 28 USD. I am delighted that the support team managed to offer a manual change so I ended up with the plan I originally wanted to try out. Polite and professional support where we came to an agreement on how to best solve the issue. 5 stars!

"Quick video with tons of templates"
What do you like best about Animaker? Character build up but still can be improved What do you dislike about Animaker? Limited background options and subscription fees. How can somebody showcase their work without watermark and then decide if it is worth to use? What problems is Animaker solving and how is that benefiting you? Creating video but i believe the costing is still high, it should be lowered for a single user

"Animaker showed me that I'm capable of creating a video, that's fantastic."
What do you like best about Animaker? I like the ability to insert my voice and favorite photographs more. What do you dislike about Animaker? I don't like it when the inserted narration moves out of place and overlaps with other narration. What problems is Animaker solving and how is that benefiting you? Animaker will allow me to download projects I've created, even though my quota has already been exceeded. This will allow me to use the videos in my Environmental Education activities.
