The software is easy to use and the completed product looks and sounds great! Anytime I have problems, the Animaker tech team provides excellent support with pictures and screenshots so that I understand exactly what I have to do to get back on track.

A mistake that got solved
A mistake happened when I tried to upgrade to the starter plan. Instead of paying 7 USD for the price difference, I ended up with the Pro plan and was charged 28 USD. I am delighted that the support team managed to offer a manual change so I ended up with the plan I originally wanted to try out. Polite and professional support where we came to an agreement on how to best solve the issue. 5 stars!
