What do you like best? Customer support has been A1 on every occasion. They get on the ball, solve it, and give you great additional information. All that while being genuine and friendly. Critical tool for product and business insights

What do you like best? Super easy to set up and use - no need to manually define data schema upfront, just have your app send the right events and properties. Dashboards and charts are straightforward and powerful - haven't run into a view that I haven't been able to construct using the preset options. What do you dislike?
