Easy to manage

What do you like best? It's super intuitive to create graphs and dashboards, filter by many different parameters and create proper segmentations. It's helpful that we could also drill down to users' details where required. What do you dislike? I miss being able to change parameters such as time frame and others on one graph within a dashboard without leaving the dashboard. Best product analytics tool I've been using for more than 4 years now

What do you like best? Event-based structure of data, lighting speed, well-thought free plan, great account managers, almost endless possibilities to tweak the data however you want. What do you dislike? A huge price/cost leap between the freemium and paid plan + "a very good" approach to what include in the cheapest paid plan (business-wise for Amplitude). What do you like best? I love how versatile the analytics are, we can easily pull out information in many different forms. The demo account has tons of tips and training which is very useful to help understand the data and translate it into insights. What do you dislike? We had some issues with our data source and support did take a bit longer than ideal. A great tool we can't live without, a steep UIX learning curve but works very well

What do you like best? - No limits to the amout of data we can send even on the free plan - Clean visuals - Possibilties to add all team members on the free tier What do you dislike? 1.
