What do you like best? Simple reports are very easy to build. Funnels and simple event count reports are very intuitive to get up and running quickly. Also plenty of help content on simple flow. What do you like best? Custom properties on users and events are very useful. What do you dislike? The relationship between Chart and Dashboard makes it difficult to update to new timeframes.
