Makes it easy to decide A/B test

What do you like best? Easy to create graph to compare two different flow What do you dislike? Even though the logs are logged most of time, but there are very few times it's fired and not logged. Recommendations to others considering the product: Amplitude is a life safer when we need to decide A/B test What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? When we have A/B test, Amplitude data is good to decide which flow has a better experience

Great product analytics platform

What do you like best? Once you're passed the initial learning curve, it is super easy to answer any question in a manner of seconds using Amplitude. I can't tell you the number of times a question has come up in a meeting and I can make a chart that quickly answers the question. I find the interface very intuitive and they have an exhaustive number of analysis types to explore everything going on in the product. What do you dislike? The product does have an initial learning, but it's ...

Quite complicated to get started on

What do you like best? Better user interface than some of the other analytics products What do you dislike? Extremely complicated to set up and even debug on an ongoing basis. Detailed insights driving high level strategies

What do you like best? With Amplitude you can do pretty everything is needed to understand consumption of your product. It also helped us the also understand the different levels of engagement to then target these users through CRM but also through advertising (re-targetting). It's super easy to create cohorts to then connect them to advertising platform for instance, or CRM tools and that's what, I would say, I like best. What do you dislike? I would say we still miss an easy ...

Great ootb analytics tool

What do you like best? Love the plug and play reporting, love the support team, love the usability of all this. What do you dislike? Our company is at the point where we needed more advanced reporting that ties data from a lot different sources, that is cut more granularly. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great tool for data-shy orgs that don't need a custom in house solution. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Product Analyst

What do you like best? Amplitude is great for understanding how our customers are using our products and where there is room to make improvements to keep our customers online What do you dislike? Some parts of Amplitude are less intutive, such as the pathfinder analysis. It would be great if on that page there were explanations of things like what the %'s are out of What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving the problem of ...

Amplitude is great for product teams

What do you like best? I like that it is relatively an easy tool to use for anyone with a background in analytics (an I assume even without it). It is relatively easy to find data in it and they have good explanation of certain types of analysis you could do. What do you dislike? I think Amplitude could do a better job if it integrates a bit more information about how to use the different reports inside the app. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you manage ...

An excellent, easy to use tool to track your tests

What do you like best? I come from Adobe Analytics/Adobe Omniture, and that was super complex to use. With amplitude I can easily draft out a chart in the Event Segmentation and figure out if my a/b tests are running properly. This is also super easy/fast to set up so I can get a chart running (or I can copy a chart from someone else) and start building! I like the different views as well, such as the realtime views, the daily average/hourly average/etc. Even more would be great. ...

Approachable UI for non-technical users, but somewhat limited in client event schema flexibility

What do you like best? The cloud-based architecture is great for non-technical people--no local drivers or software required to start viewing or creating dashboards and it's easy to share and collaborate with others. What do you dislike? Amplitude requires almost perfect forward clairvoyance. Without knowing exactly which event properties you want to transform and how you will use them so you can implement them in your product's client events, I feel more drawn to a data warehouse ...
