Flexible and Reliable

What do you like best? Unlike other analytics platforms we've used, Amplitude offers up a great customizable dashboard with a great number of widgets that can help bring you insight into your mobile apps. Their onboarding is unlike any other company I've dealt with with a dedicated team of people and full validation of your taxonomy prior to launch. What do you dislike? Their platform is a bit confusing if you don't agree to their onboarding or spend the time to read through their ...

What do you dislike? If you don't have a central data owner, it can be possible for folks to not track the same metrics the same way esp when you have more complicated calculated metrics Recommendations to others considering the product: Best value on the market What problems are you ...

Excellent tool for capturing meaningful usage data and metrics

What do you like best? I really like how Amplitude enables me to slice and dice our usage information to find meaningful insights and easily inform our product enhancement decisions with real data. Many times teammates will ask large questions about how something is used, and I'm typically able to answer the question in a few seconds by accessing dashboards I've created previously. Before we had Amplitude, I often had to request that data be extracted from our suystem which could take ...
