Amplitude: full of visible and hidden features mobile app analytics
What do you like best? Amplitude's graphical reports provide me with detailed information to answer the critical questions about my development strategy. I have included it in my Android apps, recording events while users are using the app, and then use Amplitude reports to decide what should our company do in the next steps. I should also mention that I love Amplitude because it is real-time, i.e. I don't need to wait to check the charts. Firebase reports are always two days behind! ...

Best product analytics for startups
What do you like best? The amplitude has excellent documentation. The extension helps the development team to test events and verify that everything is adequate. The ease of navigation and the creation of reports is also very nice. And especially the easy access for startups helps a lot! What do you dislike? Retention analysis is still confusing. I also miss a greater relationship with visiting specific pages. A page flow is a nice feature that I miss a lot. I am also ...

Hands down! Best Product Analytics tool on the planet!
What do you like best? The sheer ease of analytics. I can make all the different types of cuts and it is very easy to analyze. I can even create custom events and mathematical operations. It is extremely agile and fast. Looking at trendlines and tracking user journeys has been a cakewalk since we implemented Amplitude. It is also very easy to use and intuitive for all my colleagues to create their own experiments and funnels. What do you dislike? No universal filters on ...

Better Dashboards for Client Management
What do you like best? Beautiful charts for client dashboards, which are easy to manage, manipulate, and share in real time. What do you dislike? Price structure. I'd like to have access to an account manager, but don't need a full blown enterprise membership. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try it because you literally have nothing to lose! You'll quickly learn the platform and be able to build beautiful dashboards for yourself or your customers! What ...

Powerful tool, but not great for everyone
What do you like best? Amplitude gives me the flexibility I need to review data and learn about my users. What do you dislike? I wish that I could email reports on a weekly basis, and that some of the dashboard tools were more intuitive for non-technical users. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Amplitude allows our team to better understand user behavior on our platform.

Very useful but poor UX
What do you like best? I think graphs are a great way to visualize data. I also like the variety of properties and events by which you can filter users What do you dislike? When I download things in csv format they are impossible to work with, even after I clean them of white space. I cannot perform operations with them in Excel (sums, index match). Also, I would luke to be able to look up events without creating a separate chart every time Recommendations to others considering ...

Amplitude has been invaluable to my team
What do you like best? Amplitude is incredibly user-friendly and customizable for your needs. Event segmentation charts, Cohorts, and Dashboards have been the most valuable features for me and my team. For understanding feature usage and tracking product metrics, event segmentation charts make it easy to track growth over time. Cohorts are extremely useful for comparing across different sets of users and helps us make informed product decisions based on how these users engage with our ...

As much depth as you want
What do you like best? Google Analytics didn't cut it anymore. My company needed engagement analytics that were easily configurable to see how users were truly interacting with our product. What do you dislike? There is initial set up time to get the dashboards configured in a way that let's our analytics team run. These could be slightly easier to configure. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? 1. Attribution - it was difficult ...
