I use it for dutch transcription and it works really well! It's 90% accurate. You still have to listen to your audio and change some text. But instead of spending a day on 30min of audio, I spent 45 min on it.

I hoped that the transcription would be a little bit better, but I understand that if pronounciation is not very clear that it is difficult for the software to make the right transcription

Excellent tool, which was a life-saver to my thesis. So far the best speech recognition I have ever seen. The price for transcription is fair.

I heard about this platform from a fellow student and thought I would give it a try. I find it very easy to use. You upload your audio file and it does the transcription for you! It definitely saves me a lot of time and effort to transcribe the interviews I have to do. I had to change a few passages, but it is very easy to make changes in the text. So a very useful tool that I would recommend!
