I found amberscript to be excellent for transcribing one or two person interviews directly from the mp4 files. In going over the transcript, I was easily able to restart the actual mp4 while listening to correct any possible mistranscripting, but actually little occured. Amberscript is a great tool and works as well or better than the others (including Google)

Really helpful and easy to handle

A blessing for interviewers

Researchers of our institute often have to transcript interviews - a really timeconsuming procedure when done manually. Using Amberscript the work is done (mainly*) automatically and so quickly. And it leaves more precious time for analysing and interpreting the interview content! *we hope that Amberscript will soon improve the recognition of different speakers.

Fast and easy, what do you want more!

I was looking for a quick way of transcribing my interviews, and Amberscript is really ver fast and it safes hours of work. The tool is very easy to use!

Automated transcriptions lighten my workload

As a researcher, I have been using AmberScript to transcribe interviews and have been very happy with it. I found the automated transcription option to be very economical. Although the automated transcriptions were not the most accurate, they required significantly less of my time to correct compared to manual transcription. The program works amazing. You do have to scan through the text and correct some words, but it saves you a lot of time.
