Still pretty "techy"

Perhaps I am wrong to give only four and not a full five stars in the rating. I use Amberscript mainly for creating subtitles for social media posting. I find Amerscript's technical solution spectacularly good. However, in my opinion it is more for techies, especially since at the end of the transcription a follow-up step is required to burn the subtitle (SRT) file into the video. Amberscript is amazing

Amberscript is soo amazing. I was not expecting such concise transcript. Every word was accurately spelt as well as needed punctuations .

Very good automatic transcription

Very good automatic transcription. Really improves my workflow. The Edit-Tool works really well and intuativ. 9/10 wood recommend

Working is good, Reaching the Helpdesk not at all

My experience is very good with the tool, but I am missing some vocabulary from the field of Buddhism and philosophy. It seems something is wrong with the login. I have to log in from the overview and then and also from the script view. It says when I switch "I am not logged in". Reaching the help desk is a mess. By calling I am never reaching anybody.

Amberscript works very well with different languages. Moreover quality improves if you do different transcripts of the same voice. I am very satisfied of the service.
