Thanks to Amber great transcript in Italian and English

Thanks to Amber I could transcribe my interviews and focus group in a fraction of time. Most of my audio are in Italian and some of the other tools I have tried to use only work in English. Amber works perfectly and allowed my to focus on refining and analysing my data. Thank you

The software struggles to transcribe any type of ethnic accent or regional accent from different areas of the United States. Unless your speaker is enunciating each syllable perfectly, simple words get missed. It does help speed up the process of transcribing, but if your subject is from an urban or migrant background, you will be very frustrated at the number of mistakes that are made.

Amazing tool

Amazing tool! I used it in Latinamerican Spanish and considering how fast the speaker was, the transcription was very accurate. As one of the reviews said, I wish the prices were lower for students. But other than that it is increidible, definitely would recommend.

All in all, a great tool that can save a lot of time! Optimal for master's theses in which you have to conduct and transcribe entire interviews. TOP interface, self-explanatory, simple but accurate. Fast technical support! Price-performance okay, although as a student I would like to see better, personalised price packages. With 10 interviews, it's easily 200 euros. Little technical problems: Every time I edited an interview, Amberscript hung up at least once. My solution: remember the ...

Easy program to use

Easy program to use. Accuracy is, in Dutch, not great. It still takes me quite some time to redirect the text and the program for text isn't so easy to use, for example no ctrl C or ctrl V to copy paste...

I love the interface

I love the interface, and the various tools made available to the user. Amber is very instrumental when i need to do any cleanread or transcription Jobs.

Test of Amberscript

I have chosen to test Amberscript and the editing works fine, but I cannot download the video with subtitles. When I press download video nothing happens? What do I need to do?
