An excellent tool!

We have been using Amberscript for some time now for English, German, Spanish and French. The transcriptions are accurate and the interface very efficient & user-friendly. A great time saver at a reasonable cost!

I have worked for two years as a freelancer scribe with Amberscript. Their editor is not working properly, they don't take into account suggestions. I was always paid on time, that is three weeks after sending my invoice. There is very little communication. No feedback on our work if everything is well. Some have experienced strange quality control feedback and have not be paid even after correcting their minor errors. Some have experienced their account to be on hold because there was not ...

I upload my video and after Amberscript…

I upload my video and after Amberscript does some computerthinkingwork I get nearly perfect subtitles! I can then add them and it fits prefectly...So happy, it makes my work so much easier!

Terrible overall service.

Terrible overall service. Due to a client deadline, I researched if there was a way to transcribe interviews in Danish automatically. I found Amberscript. Overall super disappointed. It took way longer than the given timeframe and I lost time I could've spent transcribing it myself. When the product came it was utterly useless and contained words such as "sex" and "Allah" which were never even mentioned in the interview. Overall a poor service, I would not recommend it to anyone.

Very useful and very precise!

I needed to transcript an interview for my job and this tool was very helpful for me. I ended way faster than I'd expected.

Not everything very in lines with the interview. Some words are not the same, this means that i still have to check everything
