First Time, First Five!

WHAT HAPPENED
I HAVE BEEN USING THIS SITE FOR AT LEAST 6 MONTHS WITH GREAT RESULTS, WHEN SUDDENLY I CAN NO LONGER CONVERT PDF'S TO JPG--WHAT HAPPENNED. THE CONVERTER STOS AT 98% AND NEVER FINISHES-HEP
