Terrible Customer Support

What do you like best? The feeling when my organization dumps them. What do you dislike? The rag-tag nature of the company depending on end-users to create a "community" in which they "foster solutions" AKA they dont want to invest in actual documentation / error resolution, and just rely on us end-users to try and fix each others problems. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? First of all, to compare this to excel is such a disservice to this tool. Alteryx can do so much more with your data--from providing solutions to complicated issues all the way to providing you with an in-depth analysis of your data. Manual manipulation for my data preparation is no more

What do you like best? Since using Alteryx I have enjoyed the way you can see the effect each tool has on your data set.
