I am a manager who is using Aloware for our team of 100 SDRs.

What do you like best? I love the support that Anoosh and Sohrab have given us. When we experienced an issue we were able to reach out to them directly to get it fixed. I also liked the flexibility that they provided us, by customizing and tailoring Aloware to our needs. What do you dislike? Exactly What We Needed

What do you like best? Being able to see which guest is calling and to be able to differentiate between my personal calls and work calls. What do you dislike? Aloware is the best texting platform out there.

What do you like best? I love the seamless interface they have and Anoosh & Sohrab are superstars. They continuously update their software and I love that it has Zoho integration. My favorite software product, ever.

What do you like best? The customer service and the API allow us to to make sure all our business needs are met with Aloware What do you dislike? I have not run into any downsides with Aloware. What do you like best? I like how easy it is to use. You can call right from the dial pad. Its easy to navigate through the dashboard to make comments and check out the business info. Makes high volume sales so easy

What do you like best? The power dialer feature is amazing. You just load a bunch of contacts into your dialer and the tool calls them for you. You can voicemail drop, email and text all from the same place. You can connect the CRM as well so everything takes place in one spot rather than having to use several softwares. What do you dislike? What do you like best? No dial tone while transferring. The chrome browser feature is convenient What do you dislike? I dislike the power dialar.
