"It made my job easy"

What do you like best? It was easy to use, easy to get the hang of, and tracked all sales and orders. What do you dislike? The updates take forever to restart the system What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We were easily able to track sales, labor costs, inventory, and more.

"Makes it easy to do the job"

We are easily able to keep track of things like inventory that would otherwise become a jumbled mess if it were done manually.

What do you like best? It's easy, it's simple, but decisively smart. It's ease of navigation and simplistic layout make it easy to use to even a computer illeterate user on both a front end and management side of things. What do you dislike? When comparing it to the other POS systems I've used over the years in restaurants, I can't think of much to dislike about Aloha. By far the best system available for POS/restaurant management. "Excellent program"

What do you like best? It gives the employees the resources they need to be successful at their jobs, there really isn't any bugs with the system, and it is very innovative. What do you dislike? It does take a little while for the program to reboot when restarting. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? There are a lot of benefits when it comes to using a program like Aloha, such as tracking sales and inventory. It really helps.

"Easy to use and comprehensive "

What do you like best? the ability to begin and print checks quickly for guests. I like being able to customize and combine tabs quickly. it's probably the most efficient software I've ever used in the service industry. What do you dislike? once I begin a tab, I can't go back in to rename it. not every resturant/bar allows the ability to customize a tab, and that's pretty frustrating. "Could be better"

What do you like best? I like that it is easy to navigate. It isn't so complicated to the point where it's hard to learn or teach and mostly everything I need is there. I can modify an order and even use different methods of payment to complete one check. What do you dislike? I don't like how every time we had a special going on at work for our POS, it was like pulling teeth to get it to be put on our register so we could actually have a customized button for whatever it was. "Solid system"

What do you like best? You can pretty much do anything in Aloha. There are so many functionalities that it is impossible to tap to all. We do fast food and it integrates with everything (video, kitchen displays, printers, inventory...). Managements loves real time app. What do you dislike?
