"Easy to use in the food industry "

What do you like best? Aloha is very easy to put a order in. manage tables.see how long a table has been there and add coupons,discounts,and check people out What do you dislike? Sometimes it can freeze and needs to be restarted What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Managing tables Is very easy

What do you like best? I like the app that I can use on my phone. What do you dislike? Sometimes it takes too long to load remotely. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to access records from home or when I am away.

What do you like best? Good, fairly straightforward and customizable system. What do you dislike? Rebooting when the system goes down takes a bit long and can take multiple tries What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? "Aloha does it's job but not user friendly and slow"

What do you like best? Aloha just seems like an old system from 1999. It's very difficult to refund a payment properly and it's hard to navigate. The system is slow and the interface is ugly. What do you dislike? the interface, user friendliness, menus, ease of use What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Selling concert tickets. It's nice in that you can see how many tickets you've sold

What do you like best? When I was a waitress, I used the Aloha POS system and it was very innovative. It was easy to use, kept track of sales, our rewards program customers, and more.
