"Server"

What do you like best? Ease of use in fast paced environment. Ease of credit card and cash closing check process. What do you dislike? When discounts are applied then check is split, discount disappears. Would be easier to apply discount at any time during check and not have to find manager second time to reapply. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Pretty efficient and timely transaction time for guest.

"Its very easy to navigate through. Automatically takes you to sides after enterng the entree."

What do you like best? That I can split checks into columns. Also it automatically rotates seating. And that you can add tips in a few ways but I likevthat I can add tips to check before they are closed all the way out What do you dislike? Out of all of the POS's I work on I really don't dislike any of it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? That guests can be served and out the door in a timely manner.

What do you like best? I like some of the ways you’re able to personalize the product. It allows you to pinpoint or narrow down your touchscreen options for a fairly common sense approach to POS entries. What do you dislike? I dislike the customer service engagement. "Easy to use!"

What do you like best? As a user, the software was easy to use and navigate. I liked the way the software is set-up and the flexibility it had to make quick changes. All of the servers at the restaurant liked using it. The customization helped a lot! Easy to read receipts, manage, and helped tremendously with communications with the kitchen. What do you dislike? "Aloooha"

What do you like best? My company uses Aloha everyday. It gets the job done, can't complain about it's overall function What do you dislike? The layout has always been a struggle for my company What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our biggest long term goal is getting customers in and out quickly and efficiently. Thankfully Aloha gets the job done, if we come across issues along the way they are usually easy to fix and most commonly a user error.

"Aloha is fairly easy to use but needs bug fixes"

What do you like best? It has great support for touchscreen use. What do you dislike? The system crashes a bit too often. Its easy to calibrate the screen though. Usually reboots fairly quickly after its crashed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Allows for accurate ringing of orders and easily tracks useful statistic for restaurants in real time like product mix purchased.
