What do you like best? not much. I can find check-level details if very specific peramters are provided (transaction date, order total, name on order, items ordered, and last 4 digits of card used) What do you dislike? outdated UI, limited search functionality for a general (non dev) user. What do you like best? I like that most restaurants use aloha and that when most employees use it it easy to pick up on how to use the software system. What do you dislike? I think that there are too many sub catagrories and that they could combine and condence on how many sub catagories they are showing on the screen. What do you like best? It's easy to navigate where you want to go by using the sub menus on the screen For instance you can go to fictions and it will have 4 options of reports or employee or sales of restaurant What do you dislike? I think it could have less sub screens so when serves are using it or manages it can say functions and under functions say check out, clock out,delete check out, sales summary all on one tab instead of having multiple tabs on the screen What problems are you ...

"Best POS System."

What do you like best? It's the perfect POS system. I wish all POS systems were this easy to use and program. What do you dislike? How expensive it is to rent. I have been told it's 250k+ a year!! Recommendations to others considering the product: Do not use another POS system!!!! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Communication between the bar, serving, and kitchen staff. It is, by far, the best POS system out there.

What do you like best? This POS has every function you could ever need in a POS. You never run out of options to customize your computer screen to work best for your restaurant. What do you dislike? It is not the most user friendly POS. It's a little tricky to catch new users up to speed compared to other programs. "Manager Assistant (MA)"

What do you like best? Ease of navigation through a vast amount of different screens. Screen layout is extremely important to ensure fast accurate transactions and Aloha POS deliver's this hands down. What do you dislike? I really wish instead of logging in with a password or keycard swipe that it would allow fingerprint identification as a way to log in. Entering passwords and numbers repetitively can and does cause mistakes often when inputting our numbers to log in. Recommendations to ...

"Easy to use"

What do you like best? I like the fact that the program is fairly easy to use. It can be a bit confusing at first, but compared to other POS systems, Aloha seems to be the most user friendly. What do you dislike? At the restaurant I worked for, it seemed that there were certain limitations with Aloha that were inconvenient. For example, we were unable to split one item directly down the middle. I know other POS systems are able to do so, but apparently Aloha doesn't allow for that. What ...

What do you like best? I love how customizable it is, and how it can control all aspects of restaurant. What do you dislike? There’s not much I dislike about the POS, it’s usually how it is set up by the company. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Aloha allows me to easily enter orders and keep track of my sales.
