"Lesser of the evils"

What do you like best? Remote enterprise management, tableside ordering. We need tableside payment with tips!!! What do you dislike? So many bugs (aloha kitchen primarily). Reporting is difficult. Support is practically non-existent (takes - literally - months to get a response to a support case). What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It allowed us to manage all screens from an office instead of relying on restaurant managers to do it.

What do you like best? Very powerful POS capable of handling pretty much any issue and can be customized for about any need. What do you dislike? Frequent system crashes. Terrible technical support. Upgrades that were deployed but had multiple functional issues. High cost of system and requires a large annual maintenance contract. Must use their high cost hardware. No good wireless chip readers. What do you like best? When the system is working, it works pretty flawlessly. It's all hardwired and time-tested which makes it largely VERY reliable and not as susceptible to internet outages or other random technical glitches that other, newer, POS systems have struggled with. What do you like best? The functionality of the whole system is great. It’s easy to use, even for newbs. You’re able to put everything in and there are lots of options for modifications. "User friendly"

What do you like best? Compared to our last server. I found aloha to be very easy to learn, and user friendly. What do you dislike? There were some functions that could be approved on, like adding items. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy ordering

What do you like best? aloha makes it so easy to fix mistakes!! What do you dislike? There can be too many options. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Fast ordering, large party management.

"Great to use."

What do you like best? easy to use features, cloud version enables one to access transaction data even when not physically in the restaurant, this makes management easy, makes it easy to access more tabs at the same time, allows customers to split payments at ease. I also find it very secure to administer transaction without leaking data to unauthorized cashiers. What do you dislike? I don't love how its restricted to bars and food joints it could do more even in other business set-ups. ...
