"Aloha is a great POS system"

What do you like best? I I love the integration with menulink back office. It really gives you the analytics to drive your business as far as it can go. What do you dislike? The scheduling could be more like 7 shifts in regards to the team communication factor What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Finding lost money it is really a great tool. Without it you simply kiss out on profits for your business.

What do you like best? The ease of back of house and front of house What do you dislike? I don't like that you can't add a new item or change a sub menu without updating FOH. Also I feel that you should be able to catorigize and add to Happy hour pricing at the item What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? NCR offers a wide range of cloud based solutions that makes Aloha usage seamless. What do you dislike? The native Aloha export is hard to work with. What do you like best? The overall restaurant efficiency is increased, leading to higher revenue, ease of ordering and kitchen out put What do you dislike? Some of the previous versions of Aloha were not very user friendly. Recent updates have improved this. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Kitchen ticket times were solved with our kitchen terminal screens.

What do you like best? The simplistic layout and back office. Very user friendly and way to train new staff What do you dislike? Support can be a hassle sometimes. They could be more helpful at times. Recommendations to others considering the product: User friendly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Long ticket times. Easier to read and kitchen does a good job following.

What do you like best? Reliability of the terminals and the great support that we receive. What do you dislike? Occassional receipt printing glitch that causes the receipts to print to the right of center. The terminal needs to be rebooted to resolve this. What problems are you solving with the product?
