Ally is a strong tool for managing and measuring business objectives
What do you like best? I love Ally's ability to see the objectives cascaded down from to-level goals to specific department tasks. I also like how the top-level objectives are updated as the child tasks are completed. What do you dislike? I have noticed a few small bugs (ie - uploading a user photo sometimes does not take) and would like for a better way to show the chart view with long objectives. The chart view cuts off any long sentences and a lot of times objectives are much more ...

Intuitive Interface, Outstanding Customer Support, and Great Integrations
What do you like best? Ally.io has incredible customer support & pays a lot of attention to customer experience. They were extremely generous with their time & insight as we prepped for rollout -- every member of the team was responsive and willing to hop on a call with me. Even their engineering team stepped up and listened to our needs as I described alternative reminder cadences & additional integrations. My CSM has never forgotten an action item after a call. Easy to use but opportunities to improve how it scales across larger organizations.
What do you like best? Pretty easy to use interface. % completion of OKRs is easy to understand. What do you dislike? Difficult to see how all OKRs align and rollup across the organization. Also feel like the process to input KRs could be easier. Recommendations to others considering the product: You really need a champion to help setup the platform for your organization's specific needs and to train all users. Great OKR Tracking Tool
What do you like best? I love the usability and onboarding process. It was extremely straight-forward and easy to set up, even without a guiding hand to show me what needed to be done. I also love the integration that's possible with Ally and Slack - it makes it very easy to do my weekly check-ins! What do you dislike? I think that the dashboard page can be a bit crowded. I would like the check-in button to be more accessible since that's the action I'm taking day-to-day. ...
