What do you like best? "My OKRs" is the nice way of showing the best view for my OKRs. The team objectives are the second best thing which I like more. And at last, check-in using the different metrics are the fruits to the table. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like that Ally is visually sleek and easy to use, even for those who have never used a goal setting tool before. The integrations with Jira and Slack really enhance the value of Ally in the eyes of our users and increase adoption. What do you like best? It allows us to be productive and give us an overview of how we are doing/performing towards our goals. It improves my team's attitude towards our objective. Great product for aligning a team

What do you like best? Easy to set up high level OKRs and have your team fill them out with more granular ones. Also makes it easy to track progress and integrates well with Slack, so you can see updates in real time. What do you dislike? Staying on top of team members to keep updates is still a manual operation. While there are email updates, a better system for tracking late or infrequent updates would be a great feature upgrade.
