What do you like best about Allego? -Opportunities for collaboration and coaching. Equally, I like to opportunity to communicate messaging quickly and effectively to the sales team and address their knowledge anytime with useful metrics. What do you dislike about Allego? Oftentimes it takes me a while to identify how to do something new on the platform. My customer experience rep is amazing, however, and always willing to help! What do you like best about Allego? Customer support during and post-implementation, flexibility of course assignments, recently added learning program functionality, and ability to control end-user permissions (such as content visibility). What do you dislike about Allego? Reporting is somewhat limited and it takes a little bit of an adjustment to learn how to get the data you need. We had a pretty limited amount of content we were looking to kick off the platform with but once we got to building and realized just how easy it was, we significantly expanded our initial build, which has been a real hit with our sales team.
