What do you like best about Allego? The support has been phenomenal. Caroline and the team are so responsive and accommodating. The learning curve on the user-friendly platform is low, meaning our trainees can hit the ground running. All we have to do is share a quick how-to video. Only maybe 1 in 20 users need additional support getting started. We have used previous engagement platforms that may have allowed deeper dives into customization and options, but support was very poor. Every ...

What do you like best about Allego? I really enjoy and love the use of video as the primary mechanism for training. It's very immersive and engaging, especially within the virtual training environment. I compare this to youtube for people who are unfamiliar with it. You can create channels and have employees subscribe, and you can really continue to engage them with short videos and quick training updates at any time. What do you like best about Allego? The fact that there is a resource for essentially everything, and that Allego allows you to neatly organize those resources What do you dislike about Allego? The recommended tab could use some updating as it doesn't usually recommend resources that I would actually use. What problems is Allego solving and how is that benefiting you? Allego helps me stay on top of my product knowledge so I can best serve our customers.

I've been trapped here for nearly 15 minutes with a message saying I haven't answered all the questions, but I can't find any blanks.
