Terrible costumer support

I have bought a high-ticket dropshipping store with an ultimate package recently for 890USD. They state that promotion is automated and you do not have to do anything but they immediately tried to upsell a social media promotion package for 299USD. That was the first strange feeling. Why should I buy a promotion package if I do not have to do anything... No hidden costs. However they forget to inform me that it will cost me 39USD monthly even though I asked about it before I have paid for ...

I get no response from my manager.

Everything seems to be going well I have made 2 sales on 2 stores, the sceptical part is both stores have profited exactly $6 each I’m hoping that’s pure coincidence and not me finding out this is a scam. Anyways my biggest problem so far is my manager is not responding to me at all and I just keep getting automated emails from her.
