Good search tool that is very fast.

What do you like best? Admin tool is well equipped and highly functional. It's fairly easy to use and understand quickly. It is easy to debug inside the admin tool. What do you dislike? Some API documentation and react instant search documentation is a bit lacking. Particularly with connectors for react instant search, you have to read the github repo code to understand how to really implement it. Pricing has increased a lot since we first used it. We are lucky to be on a legacy plan ...

What do you like best? The search function is quick, not the fastest, but quick enough. The reporting is ok, but tough to drill down to specifics like other search vendors. What do you dislike? The reporting needs help. Requires support to dig in deeper. Support is difficult and slow to make contact. Submitted support ticket and didn't receive response for 3 business days.
