What do you like best? Hands free capability is awesome! I really enjoy the device and software as it makes like a little easier. Very intuitive. What do you dislike? It requires an app to add features and functionality. Also, I can’t use the Alexa in the app to do the same things as I would on the device itself. This process is critical as it allows you to cut to the most qualified keywords in your niche (assuming you have existing quality competitors that have a strong seo strategy). Had a horrible experience with these guys!We tried the tool for 7 days. Just that. And they took 30 days cost!The invoice was raised after 6 days and when we asked them, they told they cant refund it as we mailed them late. See, they were waiting for us to push them for refund, otherwise they will loot your money for no reason.

Really poor analytics

Really poor analytics. Our alleged traffic ranking (alleged according to Alexa) leapt from really high to mega low in a matter of weeks, then shot up again and then down again for no apparent reason. All the while the actual traffic to our website hardly changed at all and in fact during the periods Alexa said we were down in the mire our business actually grew and has continued to grow even though Alexa still ranks us somewhere below the South Pole. Alexa.com is one of the longest standing data analytics providers. I've subscribed to both the individual and now, agency plan. Alexa.com delivers some of the most accurate, and well-designed interfaces to help small, medium and even agencies excel online. Well worth the price. In fact, from an agency owners perspective, they much more fairly priced than many of the other tools out there. Highly recommended.
