The calendaring features, the support we get from the AlertOps team, the reliability of alerts, the amount of process and structure it has brought to our on-call processes. AlertOps has brought a lot of structure and accountability to the way our team handles on-call requests, and has also allowed us to implement more equitable on-call processes for all of our teammates.

What do you like best about AlertOps? Alertops is a great product overall and once set up you rarely need to tinker with it because it just works. Its a very stable and reliable product and the cost is much better than the competitors.

"Alerting made easy"

What do you like best about AlertOps? Product is great. It allows for multiple types of configuration and escalation based on rules. The ability to only alert managers if the person on call misses a page is great. Saves from all the constant clutter and noise of multiple alerts when it's not needed.
